HoneyBend comes with the latest development of our die preparation software Based upon Windows® OS. The PC takes only information from the graphic environment. Machine control is now managed by industrial PLC.
As easy to use as it used to now the HoneyBend software allows to select and define dies faster and in a smarter more efficient way. Radically new user interface makes the manufacturing of dies even easier.
HoneyBend’s new rule bending system allows for versatile and comprehensive processing of various rule thicknesses and heights. HoneyBend is the most versatile and productive automatic bending machine on the market.
All punching operations are performed by new-generation multi-cartridges. These cartridges allow for multiple operations (e.g., straight cuts, bridges, holes, slots, and vacuum air passages), increasing production speed. This saves valuable time and increases the profitability of these dies.
HoneyBend allows to process steel rule from 22.50 up to 101.60 mm in height. Thanks to the motorized punching stations the position of the cartridges automatically adapts to the steel rule height in use.
