THE ALL-ROUND MACHINE FOR ALL CREASING, PERF, CUT-CREASE RULES.

• IntegraALL features the latest version of our diemaking software. Based upon Windows® operating system, the PC manages only the graphical information while the machine is controlled by industrial PLC.

• As easy to use as it used to now the IntegraALL software allows to select and define creasing rule in a fully automatic way. Radically new user interface makes the manufacturing of creasing rule easier and faster.

• IntegraALL special software features allow to the operator to program the creasing rule in remote from different Serviform machines. This way all the creasing rule and the straight cutting lines can be done by this centralized punching machine. As the other machines of the Serviform production the press unit is fully electric and the power requirements are reduced to the minimum.A new sharpening unit is now available, which, using specially developed sharpening tools, is able to transform the creasing rule into a cutting rule, generating creasing cuts with customized pitches in a single piece and chamfering the portions of the creasing rule lower than the cut.

• All the punching operations are performed by three “new generation” multiple cartridges. These cartridges allow for multiple operations (i.e. straight cutting, bridging, perforation, cut/crease, bending marks, deformation) increasing production speed. A new sharpening unit is available, this unit, using specially developed sharpening tools, can transform creasing rule into cutting rule generating cut crease rule in custom lengths in a single piece and also being able to round up punched lower than cut creasing portions of cut-crease rule.
