Competition is fierce and the volumes in our industry are limited. This might sound obvious, so where’s the point?
The point is how Serviform approaches the battlefield, that’s make the difference.
We have two very effective hit backs, we want you to be very aware:
1. Our machines are built in serial production
Serviform does not produce its machines by order, but in serial production. This gives us all an important advantage in terms of time to market: we can deliver within 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the machine configuration. This shortens significantly our customer’s waiting time and therefore their productivity.
2. We are continuosly investing in our factory
In 2016 Serviform undertook an thorough restructuring of the whole area dedicated to ProForm. The production area was expanded by 20%, with particular focus on the testing area within the pre-delivery. Futhermore, we invested in a Demo area, in which customer can see our machines working and understand all the technical details which make the difference for their business. A brand new Customer welcome center in which also training courses will be held, enlarges the service offer for both, our partners and customers. Last, but not least, we now have covered loading docks which make crating and loading of the machines safer and more confortable.
With the expansion of our production plant and reorganisation of production processes, we also took another step toward energy efficiency and sustainability:
in fact, thanks to an efficient wall insulation, energy can be saved in the whole building. This increases our consistency, since the environmental and social sustainability also applies to our machines (see our website).
