Dear customers, partners and suppliers,
what an incredible year we spent together in 2019! We from Serviform really enjoyed travelling around to present our top range of products together with our service program with one main goal: to let diemakers know, how much help they can get with our machines in terms of productivity, quality and overall performance.
Let’s just recall the tour we undertook in the past 12 months: you will find out that there is no place in the world we would not go to get in touch with customers and prospects!
From Mexico City (Expogràfica, 5th – 8th March 2019) to Shanghai (Sino Folding Carton, 8th – 11th April 2019) and back to Moscow (Rosupack, 18th- 21st June 2019); from Luxembourg, ( ESU Technology Forum, 13th - 14th September) to Bangkok (Packprint International, 18th - 21st September) over Nuremberg, (FachPack, 24th - 27th September ) and back to Japan (Japan Pack 29th October - 1st November); finally we ended up in Bogotà (Andina Pack 19th - 22nd November).
Some more happenings such as our Asia/Oceania Open house in April, the 25th anniversary of activity of Carton Craft Supply in April and the training event about ejection rubber dedicated to the Italian diemakers in November were a fantastic opportunity to
2019 was not only a year full of trade fairs and events; we also had the opportunity to have a chat with four of our top partners: Plecamer (Mexico, Colombia and Spain), Sosform (Benelux), Euracier (France) and Fledytec (Spain). They shared experiences and views on their markets offering very interesting inputs which gave us the opportunity to understand better opportunities and challenges of our business.
All our efforts would not be such efficient and powerful without the collaboration of all or our agents and partners: We would like to thank you all for your close and competent support throughout the last year! Together we are a very strong team and our customers choose us also for the great performance we deliver when all of us play our best cards.
Spoiler: 2020 will be another exiting year! ‘DRUPA über alles’, as our German friends would say, but there will be a lot more, so… keep connected!
