For IADD FSEA Odyssey 2019 and Carton Craft Supply’s 25th Anniversary
Dear Customers, Suppliers and Partners,
From the 30thof April to the 3rdof May our Serviform Diemakers Performance Crew moved to the US for two very important events: Carton Craft Supply’s 25th Anniversary and IADD-FSEA Odyssey 2019.
On April 30th, 2019, one of our North American sales agents, Carton Craft Supply Inc., invited customers and all of their vendors to celebrate their 25th Anniversary at their new facility in Alpharetta, Georgia. Guests enjoyed dinner, live music and a tour of the building which was a great lead into the IADD Odyssey trade show which started on May 1st in Atlanta, Georgia.
IADD Odyssey Expo 2019 (May 1-3) was held at the Cobb Galleria in Atlanta: we appreciated a great audience coming not only from the US, but also from South America, Europe and Japan, an excellent technological level of the exhibited products and services and, as always, a very professional organization! Thank you IADD!
The show also featured a list of very interesting side events such as PIAG Educational Track, Binding Summit 2019, NextGen/Young Alliance Reception and WomenConnect Networking Breakfast which represented an even higher value to all participants.
We from Serviform had a significant presence at the event: on the Serviform area (booth 320 and 322) on one hand and on the Serviform America space (booth 221 and 223) at the other. This gave us the opportunity to exhibit our flagship products: EcoPlus, Integra Crease, IntegraStrip, Rubba and RotaneXt.
All the machines were in full operational conditions and our Serviform Diemakers Performance Crew welcomed numerous customers who asked for an important number of detailed projects. Form the Serviform HQ in Italy, there were: Mauro Tomelleri, sales and marketing director, Giulio Assandri, production and after sales service director Dino Spairani, software engineer. The Crew was completed by our American partners: on the sales side Mark Doxtader, Rick Ruck, Derrick Ames (NADSG) and Dave Whalley (NADSG) on the technical side Jake Clark, Jeff Jensen, Andrew Rodgers and Rory Quirk.
The “Italians do it better” tradition we started in 2008 at the Milwaukee Odyssey is still on: we have been pretty happy to supply the daily portion of good tasting caffeine to most part of the visitors to our booth, in three days we had been serving well more than 250 genuine Italian espressos!”
